Biography
"Through her mastery of perspective and form, Veronika Benoni creates artwork that draws viewers into intricate compositions, offering a harmonious balance of tradition and modernity."

Veronika Benoni’s artistic journey began with a passion for painting as a child, nurtured by meaningful conversations with her grandfather. This early influence drove her to attend the prestigious College of Arts in Leningrad, where she refined her talent, and later, the USSR Academy of Arts. Her artistic path took a brief detour into jewellery design, where her creations, in collaboration with her husband Ulian, became top sellers in Moscow and Leningrad.

Returning to painting, Veronika drew inspiration from the enchanting streets and architecture of Prague. Her works blend traditional techniques with modern methods, capturing the city's historic charm while reinterpreting its essence.

In 1998, Veronika and Ulian co-founded The Benoni School of Painting, introducing groundbreaking concepts like elliptical perspective to create the illusion of depth and immersion in flat compositions. This school became a hub for apprentices eager to explore modern interpretations of traditional art.

Veronika’s artworks are now part of collections worldwide, celebrated for their innovation and emotional resonance. Today, she continues to live and create in Prague, blending her artistic heritage with contemporary exploration.
