Inspired by the natural hexagonal alignment that forms when hexagons or circles are placed in regular tessellation, this work explores material experimentation. Using folded maps from all across the UK chosen for their vibrant colours used to represent terrain contours or boundary lines. Painted with a swinging pendulum the purple addition mirrors that of the contours.
